Reel-Type Telescopic Reactor Cleaning System
The Reel-Type Reactor Cleaning System consists of a motor-driven retractable reel unit, high-pressure pump, 3D rotary cleaning nozzles, and a PLC smart control platform. With a lifting height of over 1 meter, this system is ideal for cleaning the inner walls of medium to large reactors.
The reel-driven lift mechanism controls the extension and retraction of the cleaning lance via a motor-powered reel, paired with a 3D rotary nozzle for comprehensive interior coverage. It allows positioned cleaning, with the ability to pause at various depths inside the reactor. The lance length is customizable based on the size and depth of the vessel. The retractable design ensures compact storage and easy operation.
