Closed-Type Mist Fire Protection Nozzle
Nozzle Advantages
High Efficiency: Water mist has proven its high fire extinguishing efficiency in Class A and Class B fire laboratory tests and actual fires.
Cleanliness: Water mist uses only a small amount of clean water, it hardly causes damage, and only requires simple cleaning.
Low conductivity: Ultrafine water mist has very low conductivity and can be used in most places with electrical equipment.
Small water stain loss: Compared with water system fire extinguishing, due to the small amount of water used and fine droplets, it will not have much impact on the protected object.
Fire extinguishing continuity: Different from gas fire extinguishing, the pump-type water mist system can continuously spray or restart when the fire is not completely extinguished and the fire reignites until the fire is completely extinguished.
No need for sealed space: Unlike gas fire extinguishing, water mist does not require a tightly closed space, and local application can tolerate relative openness.
Water mist diffuses and is not affected by obstacles: The rolling and diffused ultrafine water mist can be rolled into the obstructed space to extinguish the flame.
Green, environmentally friendly and harmless: fine water mist is completely harmless to people and the environment, and is the greenest and safest way to extinguish fires.
Using Germany’s high-response JOB glass ball, it can quickly sense the ambient temperature when a fire occurs.
Complete product models, a variety of flow coefficients and structural forms are available. Customized according to customer requirements.
Fire extinguishing mechanism.
High-efficiency heat absorption–rapidly reduce the temperature of the fire scene, heat absorption cooling fire extinguishing.
High momentum dense fine mist particles are quickly vaporized after being heated. This process absorbs a large amount of heat from the surface of the burning object and the fire area. It is more than 100,000 times the heat absorption capacity of ordinary water spray, which causes the surface temperature of the burning object to drop and cool instantly, and flame retardant in a short time.
Rapid suffocation–rapid oxygen exhaust suffocation fire extinguishing.
High momentum dense fine mist particles are heated and vaporized to form a water vapor envelope 1680 times the original volume. The rapidly expanding water vapor fills the fire scene covered by fine water mist, which can maximize the exclusion of air in the fire scene, so that the oxygen content around the burning material is quickly reduced to below the oxygen content required for the ignition point.
Blocking radiant heat – inhibiting the spread of fire
After high-pressure fine water mist is sprayed into the fire scene, the water vapor formed quickly covers the burning objects, flames and smoke. It has excellent blocking ability for the radiant heat of the flame, which can inhibit the radiant heat from igniting other objects around and injuring surrounding people, thus protecting lives and preventing the spread of fire.
Common applications
Mist droplets cool fire plumes, water vapor isolates oxygen, and can reduce radiant heat to control and extinguish fires. They are usually installed in production sites, warehouses, shopping malls, hotels, hospitals, theaters, office buildings, high-rise buildings, garages and other places with fire hazards.
