


Enamel Reactor Cleaning System
A glass-lined reactor is a special type of vessel with a layer of enamel coating on the interior metal surface. It is widely used in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries for processes such as heating, cooling, and mixing materials to facilitate chemical reactions or material treatment. The glass lining is highly corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. To extend its service life and ensure the purity of each reaction, the use of CYCO’s automatic cleaning equipment is highly recommended.
This system uses 3D high-pressure water jet technology, where high-pressure water is delivered by a powerful pump through a dedicated pipeline to the cleaning nozzle. The nozzle converts low-flow, high-pressure water into a high-speed, high-impact jet stream. With strong kinetic energy, the continuous water jets strike the inner surfaces of the reactor, dislodging residues and achieving thorough cleaning without damaging the enamel lining.

Allows one-button operation for starting and stopping the cleaning process, adjusting parameters, and ensuring user-friendly automation.
Automatic Telescopic Cleaning Device
Features vertical lifting and retractable arms for timed and targeted cleaning. It includes both automatic and manual cleaning modes. The automatic cleaning device is equipped with a 3D rotary spray head for full 360° cleaning coverage inside the reactor.
3D Rotary Spray Ball
The spray head rotates both vertically and horizontally, providing comprehensive coverage and deep cleaning. It navigates around internal structures to reach all surfaces effectively.
