Clog resistance, easy maintenance and complete particle size control can help you improve quality and extend running time.
Balanced droplet size, the nozzle can provide very uniform droplet size, and the droplet size can be fine-tuned by adjusting the nozzle pressure and flow rate.
Durable construction: The nozzle body and nozzle cap are made of 303 stainless steel, and the nozzle core and nozzle hole can be made of M-type and Y-type tungsten carbide materials. Other materials are also available on request.
Product Advantages
1. The maximum free passage expands the aperture area through which the blockage occurs, thereby reducing the chance of blockage and increasing normal production time. The inner core design has at least two grooves, which has a more uniform volume density than the single groove design and can also reduce the pressure drop to a minimum.
2. The anti-bearding design can reduce deposition in the nozzle hole and minimize contamination problems and localized accumulation.
3. Hand tightening pressure up to 7000psi (450bar) simplifies maintenance without the use of tools.
4. The nozzle body with integrated check valve prevents liquid from flowing into the tower.
5. Hygienic features include self-drainage on the outer surface, smooth surface treatment and no sanitary dead corners.
