Design Features
1. The maximum free passage expands the aperture area through which the passage passes, thereby reducing the probability of blockage and increasing normal production time. The inner core design has at least two grooves, which has a more uniform volume density than the single-groove design and can also reduce the pressure drop to a minimum.
2. The anti-bearding design can reduce deposition in the spray hole, minimize pollution problems and local accumulation.
3. The hand-tightening pressure is up to 7000psi (450bar), which simplifies maintenance and does not require the use of tools.
4. The nozzle body with integrated check valve prevents liquid from flowing into the tower.
5. Sanitary characteristics include self-draining of the outer surface, smooth surface treatment and no sanitary dead corners.
6. The inner vortex guide cavity is embedded, and the liquid passes through the guide vane under high pressure to form a centrifugal hollow fog chisel with very small fog particles.
