High-Pressure Cleaning System:
A high-pressure pump delivers adjustable cleaning pressure from 2 to 1000 bar, suitable for different reactor sizes and residues. The rotary spray head ensures high-efficiency cleaning, covering every corner of the reactor with water or cleaning agents.
Mobile Cart:
Fitted with industrial-grade casters with brake function for easy movement and secure positioning. Some models come with electric-assist functionality for even greater mobility.
Cleaning Head Assembly:
Features a telescopic or liftable design that automatically adjusts to the depth of the reactor, ensuring complete cleaning coverage. Constructed with food-grade stainless steel (304 or 316L).
