Cleaning Process

Top-Entry Cleaning: The cleaning head is inserted into the oak barrel from the top without needing to move or rotate the barrel.

Dirty Water Extraction: After the cleaning fluid is sprayed inside the barrel, the dirty water is extracted using an integrated extraction device to ensure the interior remains clean.

Siphon Effect: The built-in high-pressure jet system creates a significant pressure difference inside and outside the barrel, helping to empty the barrel during and after cleaning, thereby enhancing the overall cleaning performance.

This system is suitable for cleaning oak barrels ranging from 225 to 600 liters and is especially ideal for industries such as winemaking and brewing that require thorough barrel cleaning.
