Reel-Type Telescopic Cleaning Device
The reel-type telescopic cleaning device consists of a reel, a telescopic rod, and a tank cleaning head.
It uses a motor-driven reel system to automatically extend and retract the telescopic rod, while the rotary cleaning head performs high-pressure cleaning of the tank’s inner walls.
This device is suitable for cleaning medium to large storage tanks, mixing tanks, fermentation tanks, reactors, drying towers, and other containers across 98% of industries, including food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and petroleum sectors.
Working Principle
- The reel-type telescopic cleaning device is mounted at the tank opening, and sealing components are adjusted to prevent leakage.
- Once the drive motor is activated, the reel extends the telescopic rod gradually into the tank.
- The high-pressure pump starts, delivering the cleaning fluid through the internal piping of the telescopic rod to the cleaning head.
- The cleaning head sprays the fluid at preset paths and angles, covering the tank’s inner surfaces. Under the action of the rotation mechanism, the cleaning head moves along a defined trajectory (such as spiral, circular, or segmented patterns) to ensure complete coverage.
- After cleaning is completed, the reel retracts the telescopic rod back into the reel housing.
- Once the cleaning task is finished, the device is shut down, and maintenance procedures for the cleaning unit are performed.
