Ultrasonic Dry Mist Nozzle
Through high-frequency mechanical sound waves, the vibration head of the compressed air vibration part is mixed through the channel design. In order to further improve the atomization ability, the airflow path of the resonance chamber is reflected in the airflow amplification function of the nozzle itself, with a strong impact force. Once this powerful shock wave is generated, the water is sheared into relatively small droplets. These small droplets are then converted into intense sound energy and work into droplets of thousands of microns in size and are carried away by high-speed air in the explosion.
Design features
1. Working principle: The fine water flow is sheared by the high-speed airflow to form a preliminary atomization. The preliminary atomized water droplets are mixed with the high-speed airflow and hit the vibration head, and further atomized into extremely fine particles of water mist
2. The average particle size of the atomized water droplets is very small, and the maximum particle size is not much different from the minimum particle size, and the particle size is uniform
3. The vibration generated by the collision of the vibration head and the high-speed airflow can prevent dust or other foreign objects from adhering to the spray hole, ensuring the normal operation of the nozzle
4. The product is reliable and rarely requires maintenance
Features
1. The ultrasonic atomizing nozzle forms a circular striking area;
2. The droplet size is small to medium;
3. Under a pressure of 0.7 bar (10 psi), the reflection angles determined by the reflective cap are: 150° and 180°;
4. This linear nozzle has a lower cross-sectional projection when installed on a T-joint or a header, and is widely used for coal ash suppression.
Installation method
The ultrasonic atomizing nozzle provides several mounting bases suitable for different occasions to meet the needs of various users. There are ordinary bases, thin-walled mounting bases, universal ball mounting bases, and spray boxes.
