Venturi Mixed Flow Nozzle
The mixed flow nozzle is designed based on the principle of gravity and reasonable geometric surface parameters. It can form a large flow circulation, has a nozzle hole that prevents blockage, and thoroughly mixes to improve the uniformity of the solution. A small pump can be used to circulate a large amount of tank solution without compressed air and blower air.
Overview
When the mixed flow nozzle is working, the liquid enters the mixed flow nozzle under the action of the pump pressure and reaches high-speed operation. Through the exchange of fluid momentum, a low-pressure area is formed around the guide port. Due to the pressure difference in the area and the liquid momentum acting on the attracted liquid, the high-speed working jet and the attracted fluid enter the mixing diffusion section with a 1:4 fluid output and are ejected, achieving air-free mixing and stirring of the solution. The threads are provided in 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, and 3/4.
